Fundamental Gi & NoGi : Our Fundamental Program is designed for students at all belt levels, from white to black. Competition Class Gi & NoGi : Our Competition Class, open to blue belts and higher, is designed to prepare you for upcoming competitions. This challenging program aims to attract talent from around the world. While demanding, the rewards and sense of accomplishment at the end make it worthwhile.
Striking Classes : This program is designed for individuals interested in learning striking techniques. We offer comprehensive instruction in kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing. Whether you're preparing for MMA, seeking a way to relieve stress, or simply wanting to master the striking arts, this program is ideal for you. We’re thrilled to announce that SoJiujitsu is now officially an affiliate gym of the legendary Tristar Gym, Canada’s #1 Mixed Martial Arts Training Facility, lead by World-Renowed Coach Firas Zahabi. We will have daily Striking classes as of December.

At SOJIUJITSU, we have a few uniform requirements to ensure a professional and clean environment for all our members:
Gi Training: A white Gi is mandatory for all Gi classes. Please wear a rashguard underneath your Gi for added hygiene and comfort.
No-Gi Training: For no-gi classes, wearing nogi shorts and a rashguard is mandatory.
Footwear: Flip flops or sandals must be worn when off the mats to maintain cleanliness in our training area.
Following these guidelines helps us maintain a high standard of hygiene and professionalism in our gym.
